Hello Public holiday Monday!
Hope everyone had a happy and safe long weekend, ours has been nice and relaxing. Full day shoot on Saturday for me and the boys were in the city chasing trains. Alex loved it! Picked up some cumquats on Saturday and made jam on Sunday! Haven’t made jam before, but thanks to the internet found an easy recipe… ok most of jam recipes are easy as I found out. 1.2kg of cumquats makes lots of jam!
